Shipping And Return
Damages or lost in Transit:
Claims for damage or loss in transit must be made against the respective carrier as follows:
- Prior to acknowledging delivery to the carrier, the buyer must ensure that the complete consignment as per the carrier’s note has been received. Should there be a shortage or visible damage to outer packaging, the carrier’s note must be endorsed accordingly at the time the goods are delivered.
- We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit, however details of any claim should be advised to us within 48 hours of the delivery time.
Return of Goods:
Goods cannot be returned if you simply change your mind, so please take time to purchase carefully.
- Refunds will only be offered on items that arrive defective and we are unable to repair the item or provide a replacement. This request for refund must be made within 10 days of receiving the item(s).
- Refunds will not be offered after the item has been used.
- Refunds will not be offered if buyer changes their mind, or if item is 'not what you expected'.
- All items must be returned to us for full assessment before a refund will be issued.
- Refunds will be via credit electronically to either a bank account or credit card.
