Damages or lost in Transit:

Claims for damage or loss in transit must be made against the respective carrier as follows:

  • Prior to acknowledging delivery to the carrier, the buyer must ensure that the complete consignment as per the carrier’s note has been received. Should there be a shortage or visible damage to outer packaging, the carrier’s note must be endorsed accordingly at the time the goods are delivered.

  • We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit, however details of any claim should be advised to us within 48 hours of the delivery time.


Return of Goods:

Goods cannot be returned if you simply change your mind, so please take time to purchase carefully. 

  1. Refunds will only be offered on items that arrive defective and we are unable to repair the item or provide a replacement. This request for refund must be made within 10 days of receiving the item(s).
  2. Refunds will not be offered after the item has been used.
  3. Refunds will not be offered if buyer changes their mind, or if item is 'not what you expected'.
  4. All items must be returned to us for full assessment before a refund will be issued.
  5. Refunds will be via credit electronically to either a bank account or credit card.
